“Purchased ten long sleeve "Anthem" T Shirts for winter office workwear. Have been dissapointed with the quality as five have required repair due to poor stitching of the seams in the armpits.”

“Disappointed that my order was short and got no automatic credit or notification of this being the case. Had to battle for refund as was told that postal refunds don't happen if parcel had already been delivered. Big problem when you don't know the order hasn't been fulfilled until you actually get it! Stock should be checked at their end before it goes on sale. You can't treat customers like this. Such a shame as had fantastic service in the past.”

“I went by your size guide completely but when the shirt came it was a size too small. It would seem the French sizes are not the same as the English.”

“Was happy until my most recent order . One shirt was far smaller than all the size 'large ' shirts I have ordered previously and one was badly finished on the neckline . Reported but no replacement offered despite pictures sent . Disappointed”

“They're cheap-ish, but the shipping is beyond a joke. 1-2 day dispatch on items without customisation and next day delivery. I get garments turning up randomly on their own and I'm still waiting for a shirt (without customisation) that was ordered on the 15th. It's now the end of play 22nd. If you rely on people like these to run your own business then avoid this company. If you want to order a few new garments for yourself and you're in no rush and can spare the time for your items to be delivered here and there separately, then go for it.”

“Asked for a exchange but got a refund instead, t, shirts are way too small then what is advertised then it cost me just had much to send t. Shirts back won't buy of this company again.”

“The quality is not what I expected in any items and there’re some items are having a so poor quality that’s unwearable. The return process also makes it difficult to be regular customer here or to rely on you as my supplier of my brand.”

“Had a delivery issue, and tried to resolve it over email. The company had no interest in helping or attempting to fix the problem. Didn't even offer to refund my purchase when I was told it wouldn't be delivered.”

“The quality of fruit of the loom items has plummeted since I previously purchased the exact same item a few years ago. Quality of other FOTL items was very poor. Threads hanging off clothing, bad cut of T-shirts. Wasted a lot of money on postage. Won't shop here again as it's not OK to send out poor quality items that the customer then has to pay to send back.”

“I found these shirts to be very thin although they sub great once u put the shirt on to wear it you can see through it”

“I ordered over 30 T-shirts for a charity I work for. 2 of them I needed to swap from an adult size (which was smaller than the largest child size). I understood that I had to pay return postage but company wouldn’t exchange as it was for a different product and then I had to pay £5.99 postage for 2 T-shirts when I had over 30 delivered for free. I called to speak to someone but they were quite abrupt and rude. The return policy will put me off using this company again as I am really disappointed.”

This issue shouldn't happen as all garments we sell are vigorously tested by the brand, including a wash test which would not be made available for sale if the test failed.
