“I thought it would be softer and the arms are to long.”

“Hoodies came quickly and were a good fit. Unfortunately both had a much lower cotton content than advertised/listed on the website. Would love a cross neck hoodie at 100% cotton. Mine were advertised as 80% cotton and arrived with only 52% cotton to them so I feel a little cheated.”

“I have often ordered from this company and I was generally happy. However my last order I wasn’t sent the correct colours and no one replied to my email. I also never received an email to complete a return/exchange.”

Due to batch changes the colour of garments can change over time which is a result of the suppliers of the brands which seems to be the case in this situation. “T-shirts well prices but hoodies and crop tops cheaper elsewhere so not a wholesaler in my eyes”

Hi Karen, our B&C collection is made from 100% polyester and 140gsm, which may result in these t-shirts appearing thin and see-through. “Sadly the T-shirts I ordered were too small. The size Small is meant to be 8-10 and I am usually an 8 so thought they’d be fine but they’re very tight. I haven’t worn after washing yet but fear they may shrink :(”

“Kids t shirts in previous order wrongly sized and badly stitched. I sent an e mail which has never been answered. This is very disappointing as generally I've been very pleased with the quality of every item I'd ordered. Quality has been great and the dispatch time is fantastic. Hope the recent problem is just a one off as I definitely will continue to use this company.”

“Over all the order was well packaged , hats could do with more protection though. Very happy woth the t shirt colour but the jumpers wernt the colour that illustrated was alot lighter then I thought. Real life pictures of the garments should be applied to the website other then that happy customer will defo be making more orders”

“Very disappointed. Firstly, the delivery driver left no notification of leaving it with my neighbour who finally gave me my T-shirts days later. Secondly, very disappointed with the quality of the T Shirts. They're not the usual Gildan quality and the Red is totally different to my previous order. Doesn't match work wear. Well, a good thing always comes to an end and at the end of the day they are what they are cheap T Shirts.”

“Good price/quality ratio products and good service but the photos on the website don’t always match the real products. The colours of some items are considerably different from the ones shown on the website. In the case of a jumper I bought the colour it faded and not as vibrant as it’s shown on the website.”

“I’ve ordered three times now... First order perfect Second order one of the items was wrong. Was told I would get a replacement the next day, but took a lot longer than that. Third order an item had a hole in.”
