“T-shirts are decent quality, maybe slightly tight around the neck and a little boxy in shape, but overall I was pretty happy with the order. Excellent service and fast delivery.”

“The rugby shirts that we ordered were to a very high standard, and the additional folding and bagging was smartly done. The customer service was very good and we were kept informed throughout. The only negative comment we have is regarding the packaging that the shirts arrived in. Several were poorly sealed and damaged, and 8 out of the 10 boxes were sealed so that the packing tape used was stuck to the products. This means that approximately 15 of the garments had damaged packaging”

“I was very happy with my first order this year. However, one month later I ordered three different items and all were out of stock. It is not usual to have products appearing on your webpage that you cannot provide. Quite frankly, you should note this circumstance, or were there any other reasons for not dispatching those items?”

“While I am very happy with the quality of T-shirts & speed of the delivery, (next day). 5 large & 5 medium, standard heavy cotton were correct, I had received 5 more which were sky blue, colour correct, & were ordered as, Ultra heavy weight & billed to me as same, but were sent out as standard heavy cotton. Apart from that oversight I'm very happy & look forward to many more orders as I build my new business.”

“More than happy with service received.... but not too happy with the quality of the goods. Expected more from a named premium t shirt, but after 1 wash the product has become mishaped. I could have achieved that buying an economy unbranded one.”
