“The service from Buytec has been dreadful from start to finish. There was no confirmation e-mail or order number given when I initially placed the order. The wrong product then eventually arrived and I was unable to make any contact with Buytec to discuss the problem. The telephone line was always engaged and nobody returned my answer phone message to address the problem. Terrible service.”

“I have used buytec previously so when I needed a replacement wire for my tablet I returned. The item was easy to find on the site, checkout was easy and the part arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The part was well packaged as well. Would use buytec again”

“I bought the cover, it's taken a while to get to me but the cover is really nice. It's slim, nice to touch and protects my phone. I haven't tried the option of talking with the cover closed yet but it seems like a nice and useful option!”
