HI Michael, Sorry about this delay. Frustratingly we have seen more delays than usual this festive season with all carriers. These delays have bled into the new year somewhat and seems an industrywide issue at this time. Although the vast majority of our shipments have arrived on time. In some cases we have seen items we sent in December only just begin to arrive. “Absolutely awful don't buy from them. I ordered a makita reciprocating saw and paid for next business day delivery as it was urgently needed for one of my jobs. I received an email saying it has been delivered however there is no sign of my parcel anywhere, I have tried contacting customer service by email several times and also by phone over 50 times and still no response. This is a very recent order if I don't hear from them I will be reporting them to trading standards. Please be very careful ordering from these people.”
