“I ordered a tool from Buy a Parcel as a Christmas gift only to find immediately after that someone else had already bought one for her. So I emailed explaining; asking to cancel the order before it was sent. They responded in no time to say they had cancelled the order and taken action to make a refund via Amazon Pay. I had an email soon after from Amazon Pay saying the refund was underway. Now that's what I call service! I didn't get to test the product but would certainly consider buying from them in the future.”

“Company had what I wanted and delivered it perfectly.However the description and the illustration isnt quite right. Luckily I knew exactly what i wanted (replacing like for like) so no problem for me but it could be for others,”

“Unfortunately the initial order didn't ship. Customer services took over a week to reply but were quick to offer a refund or re-order. On my second try the order was received the following day. The communication on order processing and shipping was excellent and the product was packaged well and as described.”

“Got exactly what I wanted at a competitive price and delivered the next day. Unfortunately, the first delivery had a part missing. However, a quick phone call resulted in a replacement being delivered the following day. Box was opened and slightly damaged on the second delivery but everything present and correct inside.”
