“Poor service ordered a shower 1 month ago now. Sent the wrong shower. Cheaper shower may I add! Still waiting for them to come and exchange the shower for the correct one. Had emails and messages to say the shower will be delivered three times waited in and still no shower. Will never use again poor service”

“Tap work fine, however the basin plug leaks water away when pressed, trickled a little to start with, but now you can herr the water seeping. Very annoying as the basin is fitted. Not happy”

“Buy A Parcel delivery time was excellent. The price point for the Makita product was good but having never used a multi cutter before I was surprised at how very quickly the blades wore down. I don't know if this is the quality of the accessory set or whether it is normal.”

“Lovely bird bath, looks like copper and the solar light is OK. As my garden is uneven I've had to place slate underneath to keep it level. It's not as sturdy as I hoped for. It does the job and we all love it 💕”

“Be very careful of this company purchased a Bosch power tool used it for the time 3 months after purchase , smoke and sparks plus burning smell came out of drill within 2 minutes of turning it on. And yes guess what no replacement or refund despite being defective because it was 30 days after purchase. If any of you are going to my a power tool go to a company that has a proper guarantee period . If things are cheap there’s a reason and this company proves it .”

“Not happy at all. Placed order on 31st May. I was informed delivery would be by 4th June. Tried contacting them when goods were not delivered. They do not answer phone but always say all agents are busy. Have emailed them but Still no goods or reply to emails. Is this a scam or just a PLAIN OLD FRAUD?”
