“Spoke to Customer Services as my parcel was never delivered by DHL, the person was very apologetic and reassured me my parcel would be delivered again a few dsys later by a different courier. I received my parcel and happy with the resolution. Bought from them before as they have the best prices.”

“Item as described, slight delay in recieving item as part of the order wasn’t in stock, I was however kept informed of the delay so no issues, as soon as item was in stock I recieved the next day. Excellent service and thank you Would definatly use again and recommend to others”

“I ordered a 10.5 kw shower and after it had been plumbed and wired in found that it was an 8.5 kw unit. So make sure that you open the parcel that it is what you wanted.”
