“I bought a bag for my tools. Got an email to say it had been shipped and was on a guaranteed two day delivery. A week later I had no delivery. I emailed and had no reply. After a second week I emailed again. Had a reply this time. no one knew where my bag was, was told I would get a new one sent to me. A few minutes later I had another email saying they were out of stock so I would get a refund. Refund was received quickly.”

We have looked into this issue, although shipped on time by ourselves, it seems it took twice as long as expected for the carrier to reach you with your parcel. There is no advise why this delay occured from the carrier, however, we log any and all issues with deliveries like this, to ensure they are reviewed with carriers when we review our contracts with them.
