“Never received it as there was a problem with EVRI/Hermes delivery, refunded. Don't use EVRI they constantly lose parcels and so admit that they have.”

Although the large majority of orders arrive safe and well, there is the occasional shipment that is delayed or doesn't reach destination. In these cases we would always provide a solution, such as a replacement order or a refund. Apologies there was a problem with your delivery. Sorry you have trouble reaching us. We are at a loss to understand why you had trouble reaching us and can only assume you called at times when the lines were busy.
