“Bought some garden lights (LED pack of 6) and on delivery only 3 worked. Contacted the service desk, who must be congratulated, arranged for another batch to be dispatched. This time 4 of 6 lights worked. Perhaps the product is really poor but supplier needs to take action to improve.”

“AWFUL EXPERIENCE. AVOID! I purchased a garden table and chairs and was promised 2-3 day delivery.. it’s three weeks later and I’m still waiting for it to arrive! You CANT ring customer services and can only email - I have emailed 5 times now and have had absolutely NO help. They didn’t even ring the manufacturer for me to check on delivery.. said they could “only email” so I have managed the whole process myself with the manufacturer directly. NO tracking details sent to me. Awful service and I will never ever use again.”
