“Best price I could find and arrived very quickly. The item was a Monarch midi water softener 22mm. Very good product so far. My only difficulty in fitting was the with the overflow and waste pipes which were a bit fiddly.”

“The tools eventually arrived in good condition but the delivery service that was contracted by Buy A Parcel (DHL Parcel) Delivered my item 5 days late when I had paid for next-day delivery and there was no means of contacting any form of customer service for DHL Parcel to track down my order. The delay in the tools arriving prevented me from working and cost me a client and 2 months of potential work and my business is still struggling to recover.”

“Ordered an item on Friday evening a realised that it was well overpriced Emailed Buyaparcel the same evening to cancel order but they do not work weekends. Come Monday morning Buyaparcel refused to cancel order even although it had NOT been despatched from supplier. When item arrived Dewalt orbital sander in tstak box it looked like the supplier had hand made the foam infil”
