“Not happy at all. Placed order on 31st May. I was informed delivery would be by 4th June. Tried contacting them when goods were not delivered. They do not answer phone but always say all agents are busy. Have emailed them but Still no goods or reply to emails. Is this a scam or just a PLAIN OLD FRAUD?”

“Despite taking money ,I am still waiting for a product that was advertised as 24 hour delivery, despite contacting thus supplier several times, I have had no response,and the product has not been shipped”

I communicated with them via email, and they answered all my questions very clearly. Then I ordered a product from them. I received exactly what was described on their website. I am 100% satisfied with the product and delivery. My recommendation is to use this seller; they are honest and send exactly the product described on their website.”

“Bought this makita drill holster for my Bosch 12 volt small drill fitted perfect and very secure stud fastener impossible tu fall out I am left handed so spot on fits for left and right handed and both hands to hold ladder as climbing up and coming down so that's got to be a winner.”

“I paid for a tool pouch and belt but only the belt arrived and they are not responding to my messages. I can’t fit any screws in a belt alone, I feel like I have been robbed. Would not recommend and will definitely not be buying again from this racket.”

“A terrible experience I purchased a bare unit sander with no battery or charger that I completely understand but when it arrived It also didn’t have a sanding head either!!! So completely unusable I’ve sent two emails with no reply! This sander I use for work and have lost money in the process and with I never ordered this item”

“I ordered an item on a Friday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. A week later I have not recieved the parcel. I have tried calling but unable to get through. I have sent emails and not had any response. Poor service. Would leave zero star review but unable to do so.”
