“Absolutely awful we choose the royal bath hotel In Bournemouth it was poor - rooms were so worn had to move three times and still bad. The buffet food for breakfast was either cold or dried out full of Greace and left without covers. Had to pay to use pool and car park £25 a night”

HI Paul, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry the process of return wasn't good for you. We do our best to make the process as easy as possible by making these collection bookings as per customer request. It seems despite our booking, the carrier arrived the following day to collect instead. We can't say these delays with collection never happen, but they are rare and not usual. Once collected the following day, we can see return went smoothly from there and you have been refunded for your transit damaged order. Rest assured issues with delivery such as transit damage are logged, and reviewed when we review contracts with our carriers. Kind regards, buyaparcel customer services.
