“Bad experience with them i will not recommend to anyone they advet a drill with 63 pounds battery +charger and they send me just the drill i will not buy anything from them they costumer service is bad they answer after 5 days and they blame B&Q for the error”

“Missing parts from an instant boiler tap tank so unable to use it. Contacted but a parcel but still no response after 2 days and no indication of when we’ll expect one.”

“Never heard of this company before so was a little dubious, but took a risk after researching reviews. Option to deliver quickly was paid but not massively expensive, and it did arrive quickly. Really well packaged too. Great product and no issues. Bag is sturdy and great to store the kit in. Haven't needed to deal with customer services at all so can't comment on what they are like.”
