Hi Jordan, we only got an email from you at 22:20 last night, we wouldn't have known your parcel hadn't been delivered yet - we send thousands of parcels a week and cant check tracking on them all. Hi Philip, I cannot see that you have been in contact with us about this, we didn't know you hadn't got the parcel - we don't check to see if all are signed for after sending with the carrier so excuse us, but we didn't know you hadn't had your order. So I have checked and the parcel is at DHL's depot in Jersey - it got there on the 28th November!.I have emailed customer service at DHL for info on why it is still there. When I get an answer, I can email you directly with the information. Thanks, Mike
