“Wrong item delivered then had to wait 3 days for a response due to them not answering phones because of COVID. When they finally responded the correct item was supposed to be sent out for next day delivery as we had originally paid but arrived 2 days later. In-laws were without their shower for a week and they are both in their 80’s with no bath. Appalled at the service.”
