“A lady called Anne-Marie in customer services was absolutely fantastic . We brought a parcel and there was a problem with the courier. Got no joy from the courier. Rang buy a parcel , and Anne-Marie sorted it out no problem. I would definitely buy again from this company. Anne-Marie is a credit to your company.”

“part of item has broken already when received, also the item，lots of scratches on it, as if they were used. DHL is the worst delivery company in UK，deceived me for two days, and finally I chose to collect by my self. so disappoint shopping 1st time on this website…… no time for exchange or refund”
