“As always Buyaparcel are great to deal with. What I will say though is if buying via EBay to take advantage of discounts or coupons then the usual service is disrupted by EBay beaurocracy. Delivery and contact are severly hindered by EBay and their system of operation. Do yourselves a favour and order direct to receive prompt delivery and good communication regarding progression of order.”

“Mostly good. However, we chose Click and Collect and the next thing we knew we had an email saying it was out for delivery! We couldn't work this out so had to ring to sort it out.”

“This must have been my 4th or 5th purchase from Buyaparcel. As a 'tradie', I have always used Dewalt tools and have a large investment in batteries and chargers. However, based on cost and price, this time I went for Dewalt. Buyaparcel have always delivered quickly, packed well, and their prices are generally very competitive. Not much else to ask for from a supplier?”

“I ordered an extension hose for a Makita air blower through Buy A Parcel. I was a bit dubious at first as I hadn't heard of them. However, their price was roughly half of the cheapest I could find elsewhere, so I gave them a go. My parcel arrived within a few days and was exactly as described, a genuine Makita accessory for far less than anywhere else I could find it. I will definitely be buying from them again.”
