“I have now bought 2 cordless brushless Makita power tools from "Buy A Parcel" and both were the cheapest I could find when doing Internet searches. Delivery were very prompt and the tools arrived in time for when I needed them. I shall definitely consider buying from "Buy A Parcel" again if their prices are the lowest.”

We are very sorry to hear that the carrier took this long to complete the delivery with you. I can see that your order was dispatched from the Buyaparcel warehouse and handed to the carrier on 16th August 2022. So we would have expected the carrier to deliver this to the address on the order within 24-48 working hours after dispatch.

We are sorry to hear that your order took longer then expected to be delivered. I can see your order was placed on 9th August and our warehouse dispatched this with the carrier on 10th August. The carrier should have completed the delivery to your address within 2-3 working days from dispatch, so we are sorry see that the carrier did not deliver this until 16th August. We will feed this back to the carrier and we hope this doesn't stop you from placing further orders with us in the future.

“Only gave 1 star as although the shower arrived quickly it was faulty, contacted Buy A parcel & was told nothing they could do & that I'd have to contact the manufacturer direct, very disappointed as now got to go through a load of hassle after being sent a shower that does not work properly........................... To say I'm annoyed is an understatement as having to put up with screaming children that cannot turn off the shower every day as the on-off button gets stuck, the manufacturer cannot come out for 2 weeks so we have to put up with mayhem, thanks Buy A Parcel.”

HI Jim, Sorry you are unhappy, it appears you were given the following advise when you contacted us: "Hi, Thank you for contacting Buyaparcel and we are sorry to hear that your item is not functioning correctly. If the unit is still installed, you will be able to take advantage of the manufacturer's free of charge engineer service under their warranty. This involves contacting the manufacturer directly and arranging an engineer’s visit at a time that is suitable for yourself. The manufacturers engineer will test the unit on site and either repair or replace it under the warranty. Please note the engineer may ask to see a proof of purchase, if you need us to send you a copy of your sales invoice to you please let us know and a copy will be emailed to you. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover the engineer’s time if the fault is due to incorrect installation. Having it done this way avoids you having to pay any repeat plumbing costs, i.e. having the unit uninstalled and then returned back to us." We advise this to avoid you having de-install a shower, or have the costs of employing a plumber to do this for you. The manufacturer is very helpful and would send an engineer directly to your home to resolve any issues with the product. If we can assist or advise further, please do reply to our message.
