“I have bought a few items from this company and they seem to beat most on price. An item I bought from Buy A Parcel via a B and Q store developed a fault after 3 weeks. The return process was very easy and straightforward. The item was returned to B and Q and the refund was issued straight away, with no quibble guarantee. Very happy with this company and I will buy from them again.”

While we’re happy to assist with a return and refund if there is a fault with the item, we’re unable to cover the cost of returning a product from overseas when it was originally delivered within the UK.
