“Hi there Great turnaround and service Although i was a little bit disappointed that the silky was in quite a large box that didn’t have any padding or filling in it so it was just rattling around. Other than that, great Cheers Steve”

“Website has never really worked properly shows discounts in the search but when you click on them it’s always full price which is abit disappointing but other than that it’s okay I have lots more to buy and will most probably use Buxtons”

“I messaged about my parcel not arriving on a Saturday when I paid for the weekend delivery and did not get a response. Other than that pretty good service and easy to navigate website. Strong offers for the virtual APF too.”

“I placed my order on a Wednesday Morning after checking that next day delivery meant just that. I needed the Saw Horse to cut logs while we had spare time (until the Sunday). After waiting until Friday, I received an email telling me it would be with me on Monday. I was not best please. After speaking to your customer services, it was despatched with a Saturday delivery (with the delivery charge now waived). It duly Arrived on Saturday morning and was a very solid piece of equipment. My remaining ripe is that when the original product was found to be damaged and could not be sent to, a simple call to let me know would have meant i did not waste ALL DAY on the Thursday waiting in for something that didnt come.”

“Overall I had a nice experience with Buxtons, very helpful over the phone. One slight issue is that I thought the packaging of the ordered item wasn't very good but apart from that it was ok. Returned the item a few days later (it wasn't suitable) and they processed the return the same day. Haven't recieved the money yet but should be on it's way. I recommend this company.”

“Nice easy to use website. Saw I bought arrived with one of the oils I ordered still waiting for other. Was surprised it just came in a box which was damaged and not in a Husqvarna box. Was a little surprised it was posted with petrol in it. Gives the impression it was not new. All is absolutely fine with the saw just waiting as said for the oil ordered. Shame you don’t even get a spark plug spanner or anything either.”

“Usually have good service from Buxtons but on one of my last orders it has been delayed as all items are out of stock with no update given on the arrival time. If an item is out of stock then it should be displayed as such on the website.”
