“First class service very fast delivery and good price for petzl zig zag bit disappointed that asked for a quote on list of climbing kit price came back more expensive than other suppliers and that they don’t give discount as their prices are low other suppliers prices are on par but minimum 5%discount being applied by other suppliers which saves at least £50 on order Would recommend buxtons very good service and good prices if you are careful on what you buy”

“Great service from yourselves but you are being let down by DPD who blatantly lied to me and said they had attempted delivery when they hadn't (we have cctv). The lady who deals with your despatch rang them and they told her it hadn't been delivered as they had a massive backlog. They shouldn't be lying to your customers.”

“I've used Buxtons once and the price was competitive, but then Buxtons lost the next order because the £90 carriage paid amount didn't come true...Buxtons should raise the figure so they can honour the offer.”
