“I ordered a pair of arborist boots for my son unfortnately he wasnted a bigger size . The returns process was easy and the refund went onto my credit card within 2 days .”

“First time dealing with Buxtons, they were absolutely spot on, I used the website to find what I needed during the black Friday sales, I was amazed at the savings and couldn't pass up on the opportunity. To pay I used Klarna pay in 3 which is my preferred means of dealing with the large payments, so absolutely ideal! Postage and shipping to the North Scottish Highlands wasn't bad either and arrived on time and well boxed & sealed with no external damage to the packaging. Only constructive criticisms is; a couple of the items arrived with security tags still attached so I had to figure out how to break them off without damaging my nice new kit not end of the world. And sometimes things are abit hard to find on the website, but once I realised the filters are very specific to individual items, searching and finding kit became alot Easier. Great company 5 start, fast shipping and affordable (even to the Highlands), good range of kit. Will use again definitely”
