“Order was dispatched quickly and was as described, no issue with Buxtons. However their use of DPD as a courier would make me think twice about using them again. Paid almost £10 for express delivery, which arrived a day later than stated. On day 1 the driver claimed they attempted delivery and that I wasn't in when no attempt was made. On day 2 the parcel was delivered to not only the wrong house 2 minutes walk up the street, but just left on their doorstep. All in all not a hugely positive experience which let down Buxtons otherwise good service.”
