Firstly, I'd like to apologise that our delivery didn't meet your expectations. We're proud to offer fast carriage to all our customers. In your case, you opted for a 2-3 working day Royal Mail service. We state estimated shipping times for all our services on the checkout, so our customers can make an informed decision. In future if you're in a hurry for your items, I recommend one of our next day services, which we're proud to offer for free on orders over £90 incl. VAT.

“The whole process of purchasing my new lawnmower was incredibly easy. Once I’d decided on the model Buxtons website was very easy to navigate and in a few minutes the mower was ordered. I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived a couple of days later. Very impressed. I’d certainly recommend Buxtons and will use them again.”
