Sheila, I'd like to apologise for how the courier delivered your parcel. They didn't meet our high standards this time. “Delivery through DPD didn't work well as they delivered a day early (Sunday) when the business was closed. Buxtons was able to reorder and the delivery arrived next day. Good understanding service from Buxtons”

“The part was ordered on a Saturday and arrived the following Wednesday to our home in the Republic of Ireland. DPD sent a text message asking us to pay the customs duty via their website before delivery and only charged a processing fee of 5 euros. Super impressed with Buxtons and DPD.”
