“Ordering was fine and I was pleased to purchase the telescopic pruner that is out of stock elsewhere. Communication thankfully was brief. Delivery was very quick. Got an email informing me of a first attempt at delivery but we were in all day and near the front door at the reputed attempt time. It came the next day. Packaging seemed a bit over the top..far too much sticky tape. Bubble plastic and loads of sticky tape were fixed at one end. I thought this would be the blade of the pruner but it was the other end. The blade was thinly covered in cardboard and the plastic item/guarantee details broken. The blade appears to be ok.However there are no instructions on how to use or maintain the pruner.”

“Good range of products and a speedy service. Only downside was a rather tatty and badly put together parcel made from old, used wrapping which looked unprofessional and had nearly come apart when the parcel arrived.”

Thank you for your positive review, Pat. Please let me apologise for the unsatisfactory packaging in this instance. We use recycled packaging whenever we can, should that be boxes we directly recycle ourselves, or for more specific sizes, boxes from suppliers who use recycled fibres. We only directly recycle boxes that are in a suitable condition, so it surprises me that your parcel arrived to you looking unprofessional. I'll feedback to the despatch team to take more care in selecting appropriate packaging. I hope you enjoy using your products, and I hope to hear from you again very soon.
