“I'm grateful for the collection as it got us out of a pickle with our grey bin, however our bin was left all the way round the corner at the entrance to the alley instead of where it was collected from, my husband couldn't actually find the bin as it wasn't round the back anymore.”
“Ordered a skip on the Friday for Monday.
Waited in throughout the allocated time, but no skip turned up.
The following day I was fully refunded and told they couldn't get the size I wanted.
A courtesy call on the day would have been nice so we could have made other arrangements sooner.
2 days of a week off now wasted and everything pushed back.
Shame as they are very competitively priced.
I may give another chance in the future but I'd advise against using them for a 12 yard skip.”

“Used busy bins when moving property for the new owners, only give 3 stars as we didn't recieve the email to confirm the collection date until 5.30am on collection day resulting in us missing the collection!! As we didn't see the email until we awoke at 9am at which they had been and gone apparently”
