“Excellent service week in week out and far more reliable than my local council, who some weeks just decide not to bother.
Customer service is great too - everytime I've called I've always spoken to someone pleasant and helpful.
We started using busy bins when our council went to 3 weekly collections, even with recycling we still tend fill our general waste bin weekly. It's also nice knowing non-recyclable smelly items such as nappies and dog poop bags aren't going to be sat in the bin for weeks.”

“Booked at 10pm the night before when I realised our bin had another 3 weeks to go before being emptied by the council and was over-spilling with stuff post Christmas.
The lorry arrived at 11am the next day - service did what it said on the tin. Very impressed and recommended Busy Bins to my friends.”
