“Booked a collection which never happened. Rang to make them aware it wasn't collected to be told it was behind a locked gate, which it wasn't. We have an open driveway with no gate, which the bin was left at the bottom of, on the pavement.

We did call to the property on the correct day at 8am but the bin wasn't presented for collection.
With the "locked gate" situation this is an option that the driver selects when the bin isn't out and is used as a catch all. We will look to make the options more detailed to avoid any future confusion like this. I believe that the bin has now been emptied and apologies for the delay in ringing back, we did send an email. “Always receive great service from Busy Bins, since our bins went to fortnightly emptying and we got a slim bin we sometimes struggle -there are 4 adults in our house and 2 cats. The team on the phone are really helpful and now they have an online service it’s just so easy to organise. I use the one off service when we need it, they email to confirm and tell you who will be emptying your bin, they return the bin to your drive. “Great service, in salford our black bins are only emptied 3 weekly and with a family household with children one whom wears nappies the bin fills up very quickly. Therefore I thought I would try out busy bins, I have seen their bright green trucks around and wanted to give them a go. I went on to their website chose what bin I needed emptying and paid. They gave me a date which they empty bins in my area and then they came to empty my bin on that day. No issues at all was quick easy and simple, I am definitely going to start using them more regularly rather than stress over there not being enough room in my bin. I can simply pay a good fair price and have a full black bin emptied on a more regularly basis. One very pleased mum!”
