“I decided to give busy bins a go during the lockdown when we were unable to access the recycling centres. We were doing some more jobs around the house and generated extra waste for a couple of months and desperately needed more collections than the every 3 weeks that the council provides.
I booked online with busy bins and received a confirmation the following day with the collection day and instructions with where to leave my bin. On the few occasions I have booked a collection it has heen carried out within a couple of days, which has been very handy.
I have recommended busy bins to several of my friends and will continue to use them myself when required.”

Although I recycle very efficiently there have been instances my waste bin cannot wait three weeks for removal so for hygiene reasons I have contacted Busy Bins for an earlier collection that the council could have given.
I understand this waste is sent to burning and used for electricity which gives extra peace of mind.
Their admin have been very quick to respond to telephone and emails and I have never had a problem with the payment systems. The wagon has never failed to turn up on the day specified.
