“I have used Busy Bins a few times now & have been very pleased with them.
I can get 3 bins of garden waste emptied at once (discounts for multiple bins) by using my 3 recycling bins on the weeks the council empties our grey bin. Very useful at times. I book a couple of days before collection day when I am sure how many bins I need emptying.
Communication is good & they have turned up without fail. Our driver Steve seems friendly but doesn't hang about.
On 1 occasion their truck broke down & I received an email mid morning to inform me of the problem, but also when the collection would now be (next day from memory).
The only issue I ever had was when I once rang my order through & was charged slightly more than expected. I hadn't realised a phone order costs more than an online one. I have always booked online since (so to be fair, I don't know if this is still the case).
Overall I am more than happy to recommend Busy Bins but order online if you can (just in case).”
“I use busy bins at least 4 times a month they are very friendly and helpful. They always bring my bins back to my back gate unlike the council.
