“Really helpful service. I moved to a new apartment and I had a lot of bins that were not collected at once by the council. I had to put bins out one by one which was taking long and my garden was full of rubbish. Busy bins collected them in a day all of them. Helped me a lot reduced a lot of pressure as I was told by the neighbours I’ll get fined if I don’t get rid of all the rubbish and I couldn’t afford that. Thank you guys for a wonderful service it was fast and communication was simple”

“The staff arnt very helpful to be honest. My bins allways left infront of my house they normally get my bins for me. But two weeks ago he didn't even bother to get out his van because they weren't near the road apparently. I asked if they could come back. But she said he couldn't come back till the next Friday i had to wait a full week again. I explained I cant really get my bins right to the road im pregnant and got really bad back didn't seem to care got told if they wasn't out where he wanted them to be they won't get emptied again until they are out where he wanted to be basically. My partner was away had to get my neighbours to help me get them out near the road so they would get emptied finally.”

First of all, thanks for your previous custom and thanks for taking the time to provide the feedback. I've checked this back with the team and this is our understanding of the job: The driver on one of the previous collections reported a trip hazard in the garden which caused us to contact you to ask that you always leave the bin out on the pavement (as you should anyway for a collection) for any future collections. Unfortunately this wasn't done and when the driver called to carry out this collection, the bin wasn't out for us. If a front garden/ driveway is clear to safely access a bin we will do so and we do provide a collect and return service in that instance for those who are pregnant or disabled and can't get the bin left out by someone else. “I am always filling my bin before bin day, I had seen Busy Bins collecting from over the road, so I thought I would give it a go. I was very impressed, they emptied it early and put it back where I left it, not in the middle of the road like the council refuse. I was so impressed I am looking at other services they offer and would definitely use them next time I need my bin emptied.”

I'm 100% grateful to busy bins since the council changed the amount of work they do 🙄 and let everyone down. “I used busy bins because I couldn’t get to the tip and my bin was full two weeks before collection, I’d enquired at another company who wanted 40 pound for one bin!!! Bush bins was far far cheaper and Was really easy to navigate their website, I popped my bins and black bags out and it was all done before 11am no hassle what so ever would definitely use again, and highly recommend them! I was fully accepting the initial error was mine so to get a phone call and rearranged collection without asking was very generous.
