Any questions I had, I used their live chat feature to discuss and got answers within 5 minutes. Booking was quick and easy and really straightforward. They collected the bin as agreed early in the morning meaning I could get the bin in for mum quickly to avoid any confusion before the Council came to collect the other bin. Thank you so much!
