“This is a great company. They collect your bin when they say they will and leave it neatly exactly where they collected it from. Very different attitude to the council collections. They collected on the weeks that the council didn’t. Very responsive company, unlike your council collections. They collect when YOU need them, not when the council say is suitable. Great company.”

“Excellent service all round, use them as my bin is always full with the council only emptying my bin fornightly. The bin is always fully emptied and put back on my path. Customer service is outstanding too, never had a problem with Busy Bins and can’t recommend highly enough. First class service !!”

“Ive been with busy bins for over 2 years now and dont regret it for one second. If only the clowncil collections ( which we also pay for) were as good. Due to the clowncil halfing the size of bins and only emptying them every blue moon, we really couldnt manage, even though we recycle a lot. So didnt give it a second thought when i came across busy bins, couldnt wait to sign up. They put the local bin collectors to shame. Nothing is too much trouble. They will even collect from property and put it back if you ask them, they are brilliant and i would recommend to anyone. Before you know it, the clowncil will have us all going to the tip with our refuge and they wont empty any bins anymore. If you lived in France or Spain, bins are emptied every single day and they pay about £200 per year council tax. Go figure !”

“I am so happy this service exists because with the council only emptying the black bin every three weeks I had surplus rubbish which was attractive flies especially during the summer months. It’s great my bin is now emptied more regularly - they have never let me down and always turned up. Well worth the money!”
