Sometimes I don’t need collections every week so I just ring them and adjust the collection. This is never a problem. I’m never made to feel guilty if I have to reduce my collections. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional.
When my bin is emptied, it is always returned back where it was.
I also find the email receipts really helpful. It shows you a map of where the bin was emptied and at what time.”
