I booked for four bins and a bag of rubbish, forgetting it was Council collection day for one of the bins! Idiot!! I went out when they arrived and explained what happened, and the driver, Phil, said to ring and get a credit. It was my fault, however, I rang and spoke to a really nice lady and she did give me a credit for my next collection! Very fair considering it was my mistake. I will be a new regular customer of Busy Bins it's a great service all round. Give them a try, the price is fair, cheaper than most and the booking and collection is stress free. “Great service at a reasonable price. Our green bin hadn’t been emptied by the council because the bin didn’t quite close so we didn’t want to have to wait another three weeks for it to be emptied given that we are a family of five! The process of booking the one off bin collection was really easy and they came on the morning of the day they sent bright and early. I would definitely recommend and would use again if needed!”
