“Busy bins are my 2nd emergency service as I have a very busy household, lots of pets, ie 6 cats to feed, lots of squirrels and 2 foxes + birds so lots of empties to shift constantly. I'm 100% grateful to busy bins since the council changed the amount of work they do 🙄 and let everyone down. They ( the council) never put your bin back outside your house, it ends up down the street annoyingly. Busy bins are thoroughly reliable and I'll be using them as long as I'm on this earth. “I used busy bins because I couldn’t get to the tip and my bin was full two weeks before collection, I’d enquired at another company who wanted 40 pound for one bin!!! Bush bins was far far cheaper and Was really easy to navigate their website, I popped my bins and black bags out and it was all done before 11am no hassle what so ever would definitely use again, and highly recommend them! “I unfortunately missed my collection as I hadn't got my bin out on time (7:15). I received an unexpected phone call the next day saying they would arrange for collection the following week as they owed me a collection.
I was fully accepting the initial error was mine so to get a phone call and rearranged collection without asking was very generous.

“I've used busy bins a few times now and will definitely use them again. It helps me out alot as we are a family of five and only have one black bin. Sometimes leaving me with loads of rubbish. Busy Bins empty the cardboard and plastic bins no matter what you put in them and keep you informed of what day and time they are coming”

We keep rodents in large tanks and there isn't enough space in our regular bin to accommodate the pet bedding. BB have always turned up and it is nice to know I can organize for them to pick up additional items if needed.”

I have a really bad habit of forgetting to put my household bins out and busy bins always come to my rescue when I need it.
I can not praise this company enough, they always come on the day that's organised within the allocated time frame, I wanted to change my week to a week later. I rang them the day before collection and they changed it without an issue, their customer service skills are 110%, their prices are good, and overall I am really happy with their services as a whole, I recommend it to everyone I know!”
