“I use busy bins a lot and find they’re always very professional and do the job to a high standard. The council collections of general waste once every three weeks sometimes isn’t very helpful when you have a family with children. I would recommend busy bins to anyone.”
“Always use Busy Bins when I have a mixed up bin rubbish that's the beauty of this company if u have no bin bags for ur rubbish no problem it will get emptied if u mix up food boxes metals no problem it will get emptied all u do is go on google look for Busy Bins and fill easy form in then pay they tell u a date advice put bin out night before they can come as early as 6:30 in the morning”

“I was pleased that I could book my collection up as I was moving house and needed to get rid of my sofa. Only problem I have is; I booked the collection up online on the website quite late in the evening. Expecting someone to contact me prior to my collection. However I got a message in the early hours if the following morning saying it would be picked up between half six and half seven am that same morning. I hadn't had time to get the sofa outside. My husband was at work, it's a good thing my son was up for work as he helped me get it outside for collection. This situation wouldn't have occurred if there was a simple communication asking if that time was convenient or at least given me at least a day to get it outside. Also the prices are high £40 to remove a sofa!! Too much where I come from 👍”
