“I have nothing but praise for the people at Busy Bins. We started using the company when we needed an extra collection mid council collection. The staff at the office are very friendly,polite and respectful when they arrange the pick up time. It doesn’t matter if it’s a small bin or a large commercial bin, the staff treat you the same. The wagon arrives on time and is always clean and the driver is friendly and makes sure there is no mess when he leaves. He then sends you an email to confirm the collection time etc so that you have a receipt for the work completed. When we moved house we had a lot of garden waste which we put into black bags. When we rang the girl told me that it wouldn’t be a problem as long as the bags were tied and left outside under our front window. We never heard the driver come but just realized that the bags were gone.

“Absolutely perfect service I just did exactly what I do with my normal bin service and actually not only did they empty the bins BUT THEY BROUGHT THEM BACK TO MY GARDEN (( WHICH THE COUNCIL DOESNT DO YOUR LUCKY IF THEY LEAVE IT HALFWAY DOWN THE ROAD IN SOME CASES IVE HAD TO WALK TO THE NEXT ROAD AND THERE ALL MIXED TOGETHER, so I’m just saying these guys really did do a great job especially for the cost really Really Good I WAS ACTUALLY TOLD TO EITHER BUY NEW BINS OR PAY £160 FOR A SKIP I WOULD NOT MIND BUT I MOVED INTO THIS HOUSE AND ALL MY BINS WERE JUST FILLED WITH JUNK INCLUDING BRICKS AND DISGUSTING STUFF I BELIEVE THAT THE COUNCIL SHOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING BECAUSE IT WASNT MY TRASH BUT THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY TO GET RID”
“Great service and fantastic prices and the customer service is second to none. We even received a courtesy call to warn us about local councils clamping down on fly tipping so any bags that we've paid to dispose of to leave out at our own risk. We just hid them behind the bins and were taken without any hassle. Thanks again I will definitely use again.”
