“As a family of 5, as you can imagine, we have a lot of rubbish and although we are very good and on top of recycling items some weeks we just need that extra help before our bins are due to be emptied by the council. I have used busy bins now for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with their service. They have always given clear emails stating when the bins will be emptied and instructions of where to place bins and more often than not my bins are emptied before 7:30am based on where we live! I have also spoken with them on the phone and they are approachable, very helpful and pleasant! Happy to help you with anything! With them offering a great price and discount for the number of bins being emptied too, we often use the opportunity to throw any extra rubbish away in the house. We would definitely recommend busy bins and will continue to be a regular customer!”
