“I paid for the grey slim bin, 7 bags of rubbish and the cream (cardboard) bin to be emptied. They attended (I saw them) but the cream bin is still outside my house...FULL!”

“Busy bins help us keep a cleaner less cluttered home, we don’t drive so with the poor bin collection from Bury Council, compared to Manchester Council it can be hard to manage the rubbish. The website is easy to use and clearly states the services. They keep you updated with the service you have chosen and are very Reliable.
I have a regular collection from Busy Bins and I also often use more of the services. If I was to make a suggestion it may be for a discount for extra services when you have a regular service already like I do and have done for 18 months.”

“Busy bins have been amazing for us, our bin is emptied once every 3 weeks and we have 3 children, we pay for it to be emptied by busy bins once a month sometimes 2 (near birthdays and Christmas)”
