“I really enjoy coming to my office at 45 Beech Street. The receptionist and security staff are always cheerful and welcoming, the office building is well heated (or well cooled in summer) and all the public spaces are well lit, very clean and smart. The administration team is excellent, led by Yasmine Shah, the Centre Manager, and they are always keen to assist and prompt to deliver any administrative service requested. I love my own office with plenty of space, windows and light, and a nearby well stocked communal kitchen for the morning or afternoon cup of tea. I enjoy being near Barbican, Farringdon and St Paul's and the nearby tube station for any travel. I found Business Environment and the offices at Beech Street by chance - I am very glad that I did.”

“My experience with Business Environment has generally been excellent. The staff at City Point are fantasic. Just a couple of points for improvement could be the cleaning of the rooms in the evening. Perhaps once a week there could be a more thorough clean. Also the speed of the internet in our room is pretty slow and the telephone system seems to experience problems on a fairly regular basis.”

“Citypoint in Bristol have the nicest, most helpful staff who go above and beyond to help me and my colleagues. They appreciate the need for flexibility and always try and accommodate us wherever possible. They haven't let us down yet. The rates are reasonable and whilst the exterior of the building lacks some charm cosmetically, the facilities and offices inside are perfect. They are bright airy, spacious and well furnished. We love it here!!”

“dear sir/madam, the over all service is good, there is one problem that needs to be resolved quickly their is not enough male toilets in the building ! the ratio of men/woman must be at least 80/20, and we are waisting far to much of our business day going down to the 3rd floor only to find im second in line, so end up going to the basement toilet, i know there is a general consensus to my feelings and would like it addressed asap or we will have to consider our position in the building, regards richard mayhew”

“What a lovely place to work and the people are so friendly. I really enjoyed the sales process, nice and relaxed and not pushy. The all inclusive telephone calls and free dedicated leased lines were a huge bonus. My business is so reliant on the internet. Business Environment even have back up lines if the primary circuit failed. I am hooked.”
