We like the Be offices events! always fun and interesting! Staff are helpful and treat us nice complement snacks as well!

Absolute delights the Birmingham team are. What can I say really? They've been on point everyday, and they're always around if needed. Even through lockdown, it was always a pleasure to see a smiling face, morning, noon and evening. Highly recommended office space.

We have been with BE Offices for many years and their consistency in delivering top customer service is outstanding. A huge bonus is the wonderful events that are offered to clients - especially during lockdown. The community and events team have provided an online programme of webinars that deal with interesting and important issues, great guest speakers, access to exercise routines and fun events that have been well thought out and have been most welcome. Well done all at BE Offices. A huge thank-you.

If you are thinking of renting serviced offices I cannot recommend BE offices highly enough! The whole team are super professional, personable, efficient and organised. Nothing is too much trouble. Our move to BE Offices at the Barbican was the best move - wish we'd moved in years ago! Thank you BE Office Team.

Be offices are the best serviced offices we have experienced in the city of London. The service is always five star and they go above and beyond for any needs we have to make our day smoother. A big thank you to Taylor, who is an incredible member of the team and has really helped our company during lockdown with regards to moving offices and our IT requirements. Be offices are ahead of their competitors and I am sure that any company in their buildings will have a pleasurable time and are guaranteed to be looked after.

I do not know where to start. Have been with the company for years and thing were okay until last March when we whole country went into lockdown. We missed our first even payment since we have been renting an office since 2007. We were immediately threatened with internet and phone disconnection and added stress to the situation, which was already very stressful. The whole situation was handled in a very unprofessional way. There was 0 support provided for our business. The company is wholly motivated by money. We were offered three months of repayment options after BE Offices were left with no options but provided this kind of assistance. The office building lacked staff support, and we were no provided with the service we signed and charged for. When looking for a new office, Visiting other centres made us realised that this office building in Victoria was overpriced, lacking staff support and having a dead atmosphere. We have regretted not leaving earlier and looking elsewhere. I wasn’t going to write about our experience, but the final straw is waiting for the deposit to be returned to us. It was promised to be returned as soon as possible. We are on week seven and still waiting. I have to be honest, the years of being in this centre are left with regret and disappointment. The company will now write the reply below, saying they are sorry and tried to do the best. I am sorry to say, but your best wasn’t good enough. I want to express our experience. On the final note, I want to add that the staff were great, the girls working at the centre were always very helpful and nice including the centre Manager. Samantha was the one who was there during the pandemic assisting us, and she was always very helpful. I believe the issues are with the higher ranks employees starting with the Head of Client Retention and Managing Directors.

Expensive, terrible customer service, always seeking the upper hand over clients, rather than working on a win-win. We were with them for 18 months, and they reneged on several agreements made at the point of sale once were were in the building, were unreasonable during Covid, the only one of our suppliers who would not entertain a payment plan in this challenging time but instead demanded we go into liquidation if we were to be late with payment, a time that saw us lose 80% of our revenue overnight. Totally lacking humanity, common sense, the longer term perspective. Not to be trusted.

We feel we tried to work with you throughout this period offering options and payment plans, which you initially agreed and have then reneged on. We always try our utmost to have very satisfied clients, and we have an outstanding track record with this, which we hope you experienced for the most of your initial time and renewal with us. If you would like to talk over things in a constructive manner again we are, of course, open for further discussions.

I've been working in a BE office environment for two years now having come from firms that rented our own space on long leases that often required personal guarantees. The space is modern, fresh with break out areas offering lovely coffee. In our Covid world, BE has responded by investing in additional office facilities and has maintained a positive, flexible attitude to customer care. There are social aspects too - fitness, cake baking, talks etc. Michelle Winton deserves a special mention for keeping us all sane in this insane world. Thanks for making it fun to come to work. BE is the future of the office.

We have today signed our contract to move to the BE Office, Euston. The customer service I have received from Sophie Greenberg has been outstanding. No query or enquiry is too much trouble for her to answer/resolve for us. I would gladly recommend BE Offices to any potential new customers and I'm looking forward to moving in knowing that we can expect an exceptional service.

Reference to Victoria Office:- We have been in this office for nearly two years and have been very happy with the staff here. They are friendly and never say no to any request. Samantha Sipple has been an absolute star she is always willing to help and always says "leave it with me I will see what I can do". She is also good with following the query we have raised. From the first viewing on John and his team in MK have been the most welcoming, forthcoming and helpful partners and their commitment was paramount in our decision-making. No favour is too much, they are always available to find the best solution for us and support from small handyman jobs to infrastructure challenges. The only downside is the choice of kitchen supplies with machine break-downs and poor quality coffee, so we are looking forward to having the artisan coffee bar re-established in the atrium!

Reference the Milton Keynes office; brilliant service as always. Always greeted with a warm welcome with the secure Covid-checks provided by BeOffices to ensure all clients are safe to enter the building. The way the MK office treat their clients has always been maintained to a high standard and it's always a treat going into the office and meeting all of their wonderful team.

Would like to say a huge 'thank you' to Sam and her team at the Victoria office. Since she arrived she has been efficient, cheerful and kind and the atmosphere in the building and amongst her team has been very positive. It is lovely, that amongst all the uncertainty and stress at the moment , Sam is able to remain cheerful and helpful. I very much appreciate her support.

The manager Sam and the team are wonderful! They are always supportive and helpful and very friendly! They respond really quickly when we need them to help they will do super fast more than we expect. They have a high standard of customer service. When Sam became a manager of this team, the team became brilliant, she made team happy atmosphere. Sam is an amazing manager!! Also the assistant manager Natasha is great too, she is always helpful and friendly. I love the team organized some event before coronavirus. We feel the team always care and entertain us.

The Victoria office has become very professional and a pleasant atmosphere since Samantha Sipple has joined managing the admin team. The ladies are so helpful and always cheerful. My team have also made positive comments regarding Samantha's arrival at Victoria. The Admin ladies are really friendly and always happy to help. They all make a fantastic team.
