Fantastic support and information when signing up for the tenancy. On 'move-in' the team were accommodating and always happy to support where they could. Communication has been excellent throughout and the ongoing activity within the facility is unquestioningly perfect. Thank you!

We’ve been in our office at Somerset House in Birmingham since July 2023. Since then we’ve expanded into a second office and extended our lease. The team at Birmingham are fantastic, providing a friendly and happy atmosphere and are always there to provide help and answer questions.

We moved into our BE Birmingham space in February and cannot fault the Management and their team. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very proactive in every way. They are an absolute joy to have onsite and the Reception staff are just so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this space as it everything you would need to function and if it hasn't got it, they will accommodate as best they can. With an added bonus of the Roof Terrace and the many socials the BE Team offer this makes for a great all round experience.

We were at the BE offices for 12 months July2022 to June2023. Never had any issues with the facilities. Support was top notch and the reception team goes over and beyond to make your tenancy comfortable. Highly recommended.

We have had an office at the BE Barbican location for only a short time (2 months) and all agree unanimously that it is the best serviced office we have ever had. The facilities are fantastic - well maintained, modern and clean. However, what really makes BE stand out is the people and the service they provide. Nothing is too much trouble, they are welcoming and it really feels like a community. We love the events they put on and initiatives like the weekly treat table and we can't wait to spend time out on the terrace enjoying some of the upcoming summer events!

i would definitely recommend BE.Spoke, best office service providers always available to cater to needs answer questions and solve problems when they arise no matter our small or how big. Thank you John for always keeping in contact to ensure our office is suitable our use.

Put simply, I can't recommend BE.Spoke enough. They are an everyday joy and pleasure to work with and make running an office incredibly user-friendly and efficient. They are at all times professional whilst remaining incredibly personable and available - something so key to firefighting inevitable issues and snags on-site. They feel part and parcel of our company culture and really take the time to understand who we are, what we do and what we need in terms of managing and servicing a space. 10/10 in so many ways.

I have had the pleasure of working from this office space and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the level of service provided. The offices are incredibly well-furnished with comfortable furniture and modern decor that creates a professional and welcoming atmosphere. One of the things that stood out to me was the provision of free tea and coffee in the communal areas. This may seem like a small detail, but it really does make a big difference when you're working long hours and need a quick caffeine fix to keep you going. It's a thoughtful touch that shows the management team truly cares about the comfort and wellbeing of their clients. The front of house staff were absolutely fantastic. They were always friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. Whether I needed help with booking meeting rooms, or just had a question about the local area, they were always on hand to assist me with a smile. Victoria- Overall, I would highly recommend this serviced office to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional space to work in central London. The furnishings and facilities are top-notch, the free tea and coffee is a welcome touch, and the front of house staff are simply exceptional.

My company is based at the Hatton Garden BE building. The building team here is very friendly and welcoming and always has gone over and beyond, when my team needed help or something needed fixing. The building is well-maintained and clean at all times, with a cleaning team doing the rounds and making sure all communal areas are kept to a high standard. Breakfast is provided every morning, with a lot of different options, as well as sweet treats are provided every Thursday. Moreover, themed and seasonal events are talking place at least once a month, to boost the employees energy and break the monotony of a work week. A lovely atmosphere and place to work at.

Poor treatment on renewals with aggressive tactics used by renewals manager so left. Building tired and things like cleaning of toilets poor and cleaners signing for checks hours in advance.

Over the last nine months, we have noticed a significant increase in the number of our people returning back to the office way of life. There is an argument that this could be down to the vaccination programme, herd immunity and the lessening of the Covid-19 symptoms. However, what is evidently obvious for me, is that our people are coming to the Barbican office because of the great facilities, the warm welcoming friendliness and the social community spirit engendered by BE and its staff. I know the “R”(egus) word is a bit like “Voldemort” in this building, but the gulf in service from when we were 'barely existing' in our previous Kings Cross tenancy, to where we are now, is literally ‘oceans’ apart! The Wednesday Treat Trolley and last year's World Cup Football lunch typically exemplifies the above. It was really nice seeing and talking to our fellow tenants, even better when it was over pizzas and ‘pop’ and then capped off by a 6-2 drubbing. Once again Michelle and her team have organised a great event. In fact, many thanks goes out to Michelle and team for arranging and laying on all the themed monthly events. It was and is very much appreciated. Thanks again Michelle and team; and looking forward to the next event.

UPDATE: The team at BE were quick to respond to this review and identified the internal issues we had with an employee failing to update them on the status of the issue. Brilliant job everyone, thanks a lot! We like our serviced office in 20 rathbone place in London, the reception and cleaning staff is brilliant. BUT we have had a toilet leaking for the last 6 months and no one seems to care. putting aside the money it's probably costing this is horrible sustainability practice considering the state of the leaks across the water network in the UK.

Hi Benjamin, We are sorry to read your review regarding the 3rd floor toilets. We want to assure you that the smooth running of the site and happiness of our clients is our first priority. Having investigated this matter, we fully appreciate that this has been problematic for some time. It was first reported at the end of August last year. Our maintenance officer interacted with the landlord on several occasions to seek advice on the problem as the toilets were installed by the landlord, so we needed guidance on the suitable replacement parts. After the parts were ordered, the system was repaired on 14th September – as far as we were aware. We have now been made aware that the repair we undertook was clearly not successful and the cistern was still not operating correctly. We are pleased to say that we have been able to resolve the intermittent flush issue on the 3rd floor, having replaced it with a new part. Once again, we would like to reiterate that we take service very seriously and we are very sorry for the inconvenienced caused. I work within the BE Headspace office in Belfast. The office is always clean to a very high standard, equipped with everything we need (including a coffee and sweet fix most importantly) and the girls who look after the office are always a delight to encounter. They have smiles on their faces everytime I see them and nothing is ever too much of an ask! Thank you for making it such a pleasant place to BE!

It's a pleasure to work at BE Offices. They provide everything you need. Very helpful & professional staff who continuously go out of their way to make to make the facilities a great space to work. Treat trolley's & social events are a welcomed regular occurrence. Highly recommended :)

We're enjoying our office space at 83 Victoria St, there's lots of social events planned by the BE team each month, the facilities are just what we need, internet speed is good and the centre's communications are clear when there's any planned maintenance. There's even the Friday treat trolley. Special shout out to Jenna Ingram who's always very helpful, cheerful, chatty and engaging :)
