“We left our previous premises due to the fact that we received poor service from our landlord. Being here has been a breath of fresh air! Lisa and her team really look after us. Obviously, the donut Friday initiative helps, but to be serious it just so nice when people care about the environment that you work in. Nothing is too much trouble and anything that goes wrong is sorted as soon as possible. We use the reception and switchboard service too. It's really helped with the volume of calls we receive and candidates coming in to see us, are always greeted with a welcoming smile.”

“Unfortunately the building does not have any natural air ventilation and if we open the window the fumes from six lanes of traffic enters the room, as well as the associated traffic noise. If some kind of vent/air filter(s) could be installed it would make a huge difference to our working day and probably health and work productivity. We are really pleased with every other aspect of working here, especially the helpful and friendly BE staff. Best regards, Stephen”

“We have been with BE Offices for over 3 years now, and the service and support has been absolutely outstanding. The offices are of great quality, all furniture is well built and solid. The staff cannot do enough for you and are second to none. If you are looking for office space then look no further than BE Office!”

“We are based at the Wembley offices and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They have made us very welcome since the day we arrived. As a charity that works to improve access for European disabled football fans, we naturally employ disabled people. BE Offices has ensured that our office space and its amenities are fully accessible and inclusive to our specific needs. We are very happy with the services provided, the friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome that is extended to our guests and clients. “The manager on site is very good and the receptionist Autumn is super friendly and makes coming into work that much easier! I have to say although the facilities are not the best here in comparison but the friendly staff definitely make up for it.”

“I think the team here at Cheapside (Simona, Faye, Alex and Joe) all do an amazing job at looking after the clients. They are incredibly helpful and friendly and will always go the extra mile to make sure people are happy. The centre is always clean and tidy and runs very efficiently, we couldn't ask for anything else. Keep up the great work ladies, and Joe.”

“What we love about Business Environment here at Royal Exchange Avenue: (1) The friendly, thoughtful staff especially Theresa (Asst. Manager) and Joelly (Reception) (2) A sense of a family-run endeavour, with communal events such as celebrating the tennis match, or Christmas events etc. What we wish to be improved on: (1) The display screen on the doors often not working and is handled by faceless IT people we never meet or hear from. (2) The automatic flusher often malfunctioning in the men's toilet near the BE Fit Gym. (3) The visible mould patch that remains growing in the men's loo in the basement opposite the staircase Suggestions for improvement: (1) How about having an online form for BE customers to fill in when there are repairs etc. to be done? That way, both the customer and manager have written documents on reports and repairs in the building (2) How about a communal notice board in the building, to encourage business within the building to network and perhaps build mutually beneficial work together?”

“The James Tudor Foundation has been a client of Business Environment since late 2005. We are located at the WestPoint building in Bristol. The Foundation has always received excellent customer service and support from the BEG staff at WestPoint who are always helpful, calm and good fun to work with.”
