“whilst the BE Euston team try their best, the building is a failure. Lifts - not enough lifts to service all floors properly; an overly large tenant that monopolises lift usage and usually at least one of the 3 lifts not operational. Add to that a heating system that is hot and cold at all the wrong times, we will struggle to bother to renew our tenancy”

I can assure you we are trying our best to find a solution and are in constant talks with the landlord and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately!

“We have been a tenant of BE Offices for a number of years now and been fully satisfied with every aspect. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and host really enjoyable social events to help all tenants mingle; we cannot fault Stacey and co.!”

“Clarion-invest have been in an office at Basing view for over a year now and the service we receive is fantastic. Office is cleaned every day, staff are very helpful and I would recommend BE offices to anyone looking for office space.”

“I have worked in many services offices and I can say that the BE Offices we are in now have been the best by far. Always clean, kitchens well stocked, any issues dealt with straight away. Great friendly staff. The perks such as donuts and fruit are a nice little bonus too. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for serviced office space.”

“My entire interaction with BE has been amazing. The team in Birmingham are focused on delivering excellent customer service with a very professional working environment. This was backed up by Sales manager, Sophie, who was very polite, very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with - i have no idea how anybody can be that enthusiastic all of the time. if you're looking for serviced space in Birmingham, i don't think you'll do better than BE offices”

“Highly recommended. The customer service from everyone in the Milton Keynes building and HQ was amazing - always going the extra mile. Moving in was seamless and all of our 65 staff were pampered during our stay. BE Offices are ahead of their competitors and offer good market value. IT, broadband and telephone connectivity all worked perfectly.”

“Sophie was extremely helpful during the process of finding new office space. She responded to questions promptly and coherently and nothing was a problem for her. She also organised a number of viewings and came up with different seating plan arrangements for the office space so we were able to envisage what would work best for our company.”
