“Bought a giant size crate for our puppy when we have to leave him,great size ,easy to put up ,great that the base can be removed to clean . Plenty of room for puppy to move around and sleep. Really pleased with it”

“It is the van delivery that impresses me most - I know when my order is likely to be delivered when I place it and this always confirmed the same day The delivery always arrives when it is supposed to arrive the man who delivers it (sorry I don’t know his name) is always very friendly and very helpful”

“Always super quick arranging despatch of our bunny food. Struggle to get it elsewhere so very important to us. Only gripe is with your delivery company - request that it be delivered ‘inside’ the porch but instead is left getting wet on the doorstep!”
