“The ordering process was very easy and received good quality products. It was only when there was a problem with the order that things went downhill. One of the glazing units was 40mm too big for the frame. It took almost as long as the original order, and lots of chasing from me, to get the replacement. Such a shame considering it was their mistake.”

“i ordered all windows but forgot to order back door which i understand is my fault but doing building work and gotta think miles ahead .. but they wouldn't honour my 5% discount or up grade lock for back door ,which i have just ordered to match windows ,and only deliverd half windows without prior notice !very disappointing”

Good Morning Richard, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I am sorry to see that your experience with us hasn't been as smooth as we would hope. I have taken the time to look into this, and I am not sure of why we weren't able to give you prior notification of the 6 missing frames on your order. This is most unusual and any stock shortages are normally notified to the customer in advance so I can only offer my sincerest apologies. I am pleased to see that we delivered the missing items relatively quickly afterwards though. In relation to your second order (your forgotten door), our policy is that the additional 5% discount can only be applied to single orders over £5,000 (which you did receive on your November 2022 order), and as your door order was 5 months after this, we would not be able to extend the discount. However, in light of the communication error from last year, I would be happy to refund 5% back to you for your composite door on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill. “I was asked to provide this review straight after making orders online. I have to wait for the windows to be delivered in a few weeks time to find out about the quality of the windows. However, the ordering process online is very easy. The instructions are clear. All the information I need is provided online.”

“Customer service was excellent, website is very easy to use. The delivery guy was very helpful and was a ray of sunshine. Unfortunately the quality of the work wasn't great. The door lock is very tight to turn, it gets stuck at a certain point and requires a lot of force. One of the double glazed windows for the sliding door has glue or another substance scratched across several inches of the inside of the window so cannot be removed.”

“The frames are good once all the drainage cut outs are cleaned of debris. The glazing looks good but on closer inspection edge spacers are not straight so quality control lacking.”
