“Have used multiple times. Windows are great, sometimes the manufacturing quality is a little below what I would expect (e.g. brown touch-up spilt/smeared on internal white faces) and on both my previous orders, ancillary items have been missing or not as described. Email contact is variable, sometimes you get an answer, sometimes you dont. But on balance, the price is good, the overall product quality good and that's enough to keep me as a repeat customer. Delivery Drivers have always been great, friendly and willing to go that extra mile!”

“What a refreshing change an actual price for the items you need and not the usual sales rep. pushing for something you don't. It isn't immediately obvious how complex the website is as the selections and tips just roll by as if in conversation, I can actually feel the experience behind the process. Thanks for the tips yes and dagnabit the spell check but it is stupid o'clock here the best part of this process for me. Steve.D”
